Note: We generally ship with Standard Shipping. Orders to remote areas may take a little longer to be delivered. The actual delivery time depends on the address specified for the order.
Any delivery date provided by us is our best estimate only. Mayicivo cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.
There is no need to bear additional duties or taxes when purchasing goods from the official Mayicivo store.
We will arrange shipment within 48 hours after you place an order.
We cooperate with Amazon Logistics, DHL, UPS, and other service providers and will choose the best delivery method based on your location and order.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. However, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and reorder with the correct address.
Note:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 6 hours after being placed, the customer must bear any applicable return shipping fees.
If a wrong address is provided and this results in the package being lost or unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Mayicivo will not replace or refund the order.
All orders will be dispatched within two business days, except for pre-orders. Please refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page for pre-ordered items.
Please ensure your address is correct when placing the order. Once the parcel is in transit, it cannot be redirected. All orders will only be dispatched to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for verifying its accuracy. Any loss due to incorrect or fraudulent address information will be your sole responsibility.
Important:
Please do not enter any PO Box addresses, as we are unable to ship to PO Boxes via express carriers.
Normally, orders that have already been shipped (i.e., tracking number provided or order status marked as “Completed”) cannot be canceled. If you must refuse delivery due to force majeure, return and refund policies will apply, and you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
When the goods are delivered, you are responsible for checking that the order is complete and undamaged. Please inspect the package and contents before signing. If any items are damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse the package and inform the delivery driver of the reason. Alternatively, you may sign for the goods as “UNCHECKED”, in which case you accept that the order is considered completed.
If the product(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time your order is placed, we will contact you via email or phone within 1 working day. We’ll inform you of the estimated delivery time. If the timing is not acceptable, you may cancel the order with no obligations and receive a full refund.
Once your order has shipped, we will notify you and provide a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of your purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first, and then contact us.
