For Mayicivo products purchased from authorized retailers listed on the official website, if a performance failure occurs during the warranty period under proper use, you can contact Mayicivo customer support to receive warranty service.

Not Covered by This Warranty

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. batteries, rotor, filters, etc.)

• Products from unauthorized sellers

• Products without proof of purchase

• Used products sold by any seller

• Products with altered or removed serial/model codes

• Lost or stolen items

• Expired warranty period

• Non-quality-related issues after 30 days

• Giveaway or promotional items

• Damage from unauthorized repair or modification

• Accidental, abusive, or improper use (e.g. animal bites, water damage, natural disasters, etc.)

• Damage exceeding the product's value

• Use with non-recommended accessories
